    Do we pay the shipping charges extra or shipping charges are inclusive in the price ?

    Ans : Shipping charges are extra and will be added as shown in the shipping column.

    Is it possible to track the movement of the goods?
  
    Ans : Yes, all shipping companies have tracking systems and customers can log in on their website and track consignment through their Order number

 

   Payment

    Do I need to pay in advance or do you also accept cash on delivery?

    Ans : As per our policy we will only process your order after the receipt of full payment including shipment charges if any. We do not offer Cash On Delivery

   

    What are the Payment methods of the company?

    Ans : Bank Transfer / Western Union / MoneyGram

   

    Can I change payment medium after placing an order or not?

    Ans : Yes, you can change your medium of payment until the order has not been processed. However, you will need to contact our customer care department for the same.

   

    Do you accept Cash on Delivery ?

What is the Warranty of the Materials purchased from the company?

   Ans : All materials purchased from the company carry a replacement warranty of Lifetime  from the date of purchase.  ( Note:  battery warranty time is 6 months )

  
    Will the company refund or replace for the Faulty goods?

    Ans : Usually the company will replace the faulty material. However in certain circumstances as mentioned in the return policy of the company,
             the amount can also be refunded to the customer.

   Return

    Can I cancel an order after booking?

    Ans : If you have booked an order with us you will only be able to cancel the same prior to the shipping of the same. If your order has been sent for shipping,
              it cannot be cancelled. Further for cancellation of order you will need to contact customer care and obtain an RMA number.

   

    Who will pay return shipping charges ?

    Ans : Buyer/Customer need pay return shipping charges for a faulty part.

    Ans : All local taxes and duties are inclusive in the prices quoted on the website.

    Do i need pay Import Tax / Duty ?

    Ans : Sorry this you should check with your local authority, We are not responsible for any kind of import tax/duty.

   

    Can you provide lower value invoice?

    Ans : Yes, usually we will declare value as low as possible . if you need special declared value , please connect us after you place order .

   

    Customs clearing ?

    Ans : Local customs clearing (Customer country) / Importing procedure - this is completely customer responsibility -
              please contact with your local custom office for further information before ordering with us and make sure importing instructions/restrictions.
